Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the enterprise automation roadmap, reusable standards, and engineering best practices to improve resiliency, security, and operational excellence.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Ansible playbooks, roles, collections, and Automation Controller workflows.
  • •Create automation for server provisioning, OS configuration, middleware/application/database deployment, storage/network automation, Kubernetes/OpenShift lifecycle management, and cloud provisioning.
  • •Build platform integrations and orchestration workflows using tools such as GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terraform, ServiceNow, VMware, OpenShift/Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and Vault; implement event-driven automation.
  • •Serve as enterprise automation SME by mentoring engineers, conducting architecture reviews, and leading proof-of-concepts for emerging automation technologies, including disaster/cyber recovery and compliance remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering and 8+ years of Ansible automation development.
  • •Expert knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, including building enterprise automation frameworks.
  • •Experience developing enterprise APIs and integrating automation across hybrid environments.
  • •Strong software development background with Linux administration and experience automating Windows automation.
