Job Summary

Lead end-to-end development and lifecycle management of digital products and OT-enabled maritime solutions. Drive deployment of IoT, sensor monitoring, CCTV, communications, digital twins, and Vessel Traffic Service/System capabilities to improve visibility, safety, reliability, and asset performance. Identify and implement AI use cases and emerging technologies, oversee API and third-party integrations, and collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, engineering, and vendors. Manage direct reports and vendor delivery governance across business-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the implementation and lifecycle management of OT-enabled digital solutions across maritime assets, including vessels and operational environments.
•Drive deployment of IoT, sensor-based monitoring, CCTV, communication systems, and connected vessel technologies to improve operational visibility, safety, reliability, and performance.
•Oversee digital twin initiatives and manage and enhance Vessel Traffic Service/System capabilities for safer vessel traffic and coordination.
•Identify, prioritize, and implement AI use cases for maritime operations, including anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, voyage and fuel optimization, safety monitoring, and automation.
•Lead product development and management, including ideation, roadmap, deployment, performance optimization, and team and vendor management activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
•Minimum 15 years of experience in digital products, technology delivery, maritime systems, OT-enabled solutions, or a similar leadership role.
•Deep understanding of shipping and maritime services and relevant technologies and market trends.
•Hands-on or leadership experience with maritime OT systems, including vessels, VTS, IoT platforms, digital twin solutions, CCTV, communications systems, and operational data platforms.
•Experience leading large-scale software projects and implementing AI and emerging technology use cases for maritime operations, safety, and decision-making.
