Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate UN agency or office, and professionally route incoming telephone calls.
  • •Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required; coordinate appointments and meetings with UN agency representatives.
  • •Manage incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and deliveries, including coordination of diplomatic pouch deliveries and support to the UN House Manager.
  • •Monitor the reception area and report any security or safety concerns; maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • •Provide general administrative support, including assistance for meetings, trainings, and events (and prepare/coordinate administrative correspondence as required).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AZN 1,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/qualification in Administration is an advantage.
  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • •Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, both written and spoken.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and time-management ability to multitask.
  • •Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and email communication; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
