•Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to all safety policies.
•Sort, label, and package finished goods for shipment per customer specifications and quality requirements.
•Inspect product appearance to ensure product quality and prepare cores/materials for machine operators.
•Track multiple orders being packed, keep the department supplied with packaging materials, and coordinate information with appropriate shift/department personnel.
•Perform 5S duties and audits, support continuous improvement and group problem-solving activities, and assist with equipment maintenance as directed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
•Able to follow written and oral instruction.

•Willingness to work overtime and demonstrate proficiency using computer applications for inventory tracking.
