Job Summary

Seeking a Consultant to join the Health Solutions team in Montreal, delivering client-focused advisory services on group/employee benefits. You’ll manage client deliverables, coordinate with CRM and operational units, lead multi-stakeholder projects, and draw on cross-functional resources (actuarial, pharmacy, wellness) to address client needs while supporting revenue recognition and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all client deliverables and project management to ensure timely delivery within agreed timelines.
•Act as the client’s day-to-day point of contact and coordinate with the Client Relationship Manager to understand strategy and services, coordinating with operational units for successful execution.
•Engage specialized resources (actuarial, pharmacy, wellness, etc.) to address client issues when required.
•Coordinate client onboarding and schedule meetings to present deliverables to clients, and assist with annual planning and strategic discussions.
•Identify opportunities with the CRM to provide additional services that meet client needs and ensure service delivery aligns with the client’s strategy and revenue recognition.

Key Requirements

•Seven (7) years of experience in group insurance, either in consulting or underwriting
•Valid group insurance license with the AMF
•Bilingual in French and English
•Strong project management and organizational skills to coordinate and deliver multiple large-scale advisory mandates
•Ability to engage and lead diverse stakeholders in project environments
