Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and build 0→1 greenfield product spaces from inception to deployment, taking hands-on technical ownership.
  • •Design and deliver highly scalable, distributed microservices with a heavy emphasis on robust backend architecture.
  • •Partner with Digital Product Managers to define technical strategy and convert ambiguous consumer needs into high-performing features.
  • •Mentor and code with the engineering community through architectural design, code evaluations, and hands-on development.
  • •Build and integrate modern cloud-native systems using databases, distributed data pipelines, container orchestration, and AWS tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • •At least 4 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms or virtualization technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala (7+ years preferred).
  • •Experience with databases and database management systems (3+ years preferred) and building APIs (4+ years preferred).
