Job Summary

Coordinate product and vendor operations to ensure accurate vendor onboarding, data integrity, and efficient product setup across ERP, e-commerce, and reporting systems. Maintain vendor records, support pricing updates, and collaborate with Finance, QA/FSQA, Wholesale, and Store Operations & Experience teams to streamline the product lifecycle from onboarding through launch.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end vendor onboarding, including documentation (MOU, W9, compliance forms, TrueCommerce setup, etc.).
•Maintain accurate product and vendor data across systems (SAGE, CounterPoint, Shopify, Net Suites, spreadsheets, and internal trackers).
•Update SKU setup, pricing, and product attributes (dimensions, weights, etc.).
•Assist with cost updates, margin inputs, and system alignment; ensure pricing data is current and accurate.
•Partner with Finance, QA/FSQA, Wholesale, and Store Operations & Experience teams to support documentation and setup needs; oversee item setup processes to ensure products are ready for ordering, launch, and sale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
•Experience managing multiple systems and large data sets.
•Effective communicator who can coordinate across multiple teams.
•Experience with ERP/POS systems (SAGE, CounterPoint, Shopify, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus.
•Background in merchandising, product development, operations, or supply chain preferred.
