Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform monthly reporting and HR operational administration activities, including timely administration and management of monthly payrolls.
  • •Maintain and manage Coretime and employee management tools.
  • •Respond to employee/manager emails from the HR inbox and manage escalations, providing specialist advice on HRS tools and practices.
  • •Coordinate and manage benefit events and provide ad hoc management information using HR databases and reporting tools.
  • •Support GDPR compliance and adherence to controls and risk requirements, and assist HR Payroll Operations and systems projects.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Proven payroll/accounting experience supporting in-house payroll, with customer service experience as an advantage.
  • •IPASS payroll qualification (or equivalent).
  • •Experience working with SAP, Corepay, and Coretime (Coretime/Corepay and/or SAP advantage).
  • •Strong communication, organizational skills, self-motivation, and excellent Microsoft Office skills—especially Excel.
  • •Working understanding of GDPR, compliance, controls, and risk, with confidentiality and attention to detail.
