Job Summary

Own the architecture, design, deployment, and operations of HelloFresh’s network infrastructure that supports millions of customers and internal users. Partner with Product Owners, Infrastructure Engineers, and business teams in agile, cross-functional squads to evolve resilient LAN/WAN/WLAN and routing services. Provide on-site support across Phoenix Metro (including Goodyear) and collaborate with engineers globally. Work with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and monitoring/alerting tools while mentoring colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of the architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations of network infrastructure using best practices.
•Collaborate with Product Owners, Infrastructure Engineers, and business teams as part of autonomous, cross-functional agile teams.
•Apply deep knowledge of HelloFresh network architecture and act as an ambassador for solutions with support and mentorship.
•Work with state-of-the-art technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet to improve infrastructure.
•Travel to global operating locations to support local teams (up to 25%).

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of progressive experience in Network Engineering, Design and Management.
•Experience maintaining LAN, WAN and WLAN infrastructures with Layer 2/Layer 3 networks and IPv4/IPv6 routing.
•Working knowledge of enterprise switches, routers and firewalls (e.g., Cisco Mobility/WLC, Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Arista) plus site-to-site VPN using IPSec and IKE.
•Understanding of IT security and privacy principles, including network layer high availability and resiliency technologies.
•Familiarity with LogicMonitor (or similar) network monitoring and alerting tools; wireless heat mapping with Ekahau is a plus; Azure/AWS VPC and virtualization are desirable.
