Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, plan, and execute multiple parallel IT infrastructure projects from initiation through closure.
  • •Define project scope, create WBS, maintain integrated master schedules, and manage critical paths to prevent bottlenecks.
  • •Identify, track, and mitigate technical, logistical, and timeline risks; develop contingency plans to minimize downtime during cutovers.
  • •Coordinate with USCG leadership, technical leads, and third-party vendors to ensure SLA adherence, delivery timelines, and compliance with military regulations.
  • •Manage project budgets and procurement workflows; coordinate teams and oversee deliverables and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 12+ years of experience.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent federal project management certification.
  • •Experience managing large-scale federal contracts or enterprise IT infrastructure deployments (DoD, DHS, or USCG preferred).
  • •Direct experience deploying Out-of-Band (OOB) Management architectures (e.g., Opengear, Perle, Cradlepoint).
  • •Ability to attain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
