Job Summary

Serve as a customer-facing advisor to small business clients by delivering excellent service and providing comprehensive financial solutions. Deepen existing relationships through routine calling and create new opportunities via business development and outside prospecting to meet revenue and growth targets. Handle account openings and servicing, identify and open product solutions, and coordinate with branch partners and internal stakeholders. Refer clients to additional business banking needs as required.

•Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
•Deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and develop new opportunities through business development and outside prospecting.
•Open and service accounts, identify and open product solutions, and maintain account servicing for customers in the segment.
•Collaborate with branch partners and other business line partners and refer clients to Business Banking and/or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

•Basic knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting.
