Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while delivering the Burberry Experience on the selling floor. Build customer loyalty through client development, maintain an up-to-date client book, and support courtesy/relationship email follow-through. Maintain visual and floor standards by executing floorsets, replenishing merchandise, and keeping fitting rooms clean. Assist with markdowns, bi-annual inventory, stock room organization, and back-of-house support to achieve pre-sale goals and store contests.
