Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-coating operations from verbal, written or computer-generated instructions.
  • •Conduct surface preparation and masking duties as part of coating operations.
  • •Perform post coating tasks including removing parts from fixtures, removing masking, troubleshooting, and diagnosing malfunctioning equipment.
  • •Assist engineers and others in developing new or changed operations and make recommendations for improving operating parameters.
  • •Be flexible around shifts and overtime to maintain workflow and support department objectives.
