Job Summary

Ensure guest and venue safety while delivering a smooth, welcoming experience as an usher, greeter, and ticket taker. You’ll process guests at entry, scan and verify tickets, assist with seating and directions, support accessibility needs, and help resolve guest issues. During events you’ll communicate with other departments, perform light cleaning/restocking, and complete closing duties with your team.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, verify authenticity, and answer general questions.
•Assist guests with locating seats, providing directions inside or outside the venue, and supporting accessibility needs.
•Help keep the venue safe, clean, and presentable to guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and guide guests to exits or provide emergency instructions as needed.
•Perform light cleaning/restocking during shows and complete closing duties with the team, including radio communication with other departments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.65 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Evening availability for typical show hours (5pm–11:30pm).
•High School Diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET).
•Attention to detail and strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•At least 1+ year in a customer/guest service role is strongly preferred; ability to perform constant standing/walking and lift up to 50 lbs alone (or up to 200 lbs with assistance).
