Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure QA/QC compliance by performing laboratory testing on raw and processed materials in accordance with company requirements.
  • •Operate laboratory testing equipment including muffle furnaces, drying ovens, and weigh scales.
  • •Obtain, record, retain, and distribute laboratory results, and maintain sample tracking as required.
  • •Operate an instrument control panel and communicate clear instructions via CB radio.
  • •Load customer trucks and ensure certifications and outgoing load samples are collected and tested timely, including daily load total reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with training or certification in a relevant skill or trade.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • •Able to accurately read digital scale readouts and perform basic math to calculate QC results.
  • •Able to read and comprehend DOT, DEP, and ASTM standards; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
