Job Summary

Maintain and repair fire alarm and protection systems across One&Only properties, install new equipment, and ensure compliance with codes. Under supervision of the Fire life safety team, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and support safety operations in guest villas and staff areas, contributing to reliable, safe experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

•Assemble, install, test, and maintain Fire alarm and fire detection system and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
•Diagnose malfunctioning systems and identify the cause of a breakdown to correct the problem.
•Inspect fire alarm systems and components to identify hazards and ensure compliance with codes.
•Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous and test circuits in wiring and equipment.
•Participate in regular preventive maintenance programs on fire detection and fire protection equipment.

Key Requirements

•At least three years of experience in the same field.
•Background in electrical, electronic & mechanical is preferred.
•Must have good moral character and can speak the English language fluently.
•Must have good interpersonal skills.
•Detail oriented
