Job Summary

Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, while performing physical loading and unloading and inspecting equipment to keep deliveries safe. Complete customer paperwork and detailed notes in the customer tracking system, and drive consistently with a clean record per CMV Driver Qualification requirements. Work rotating shifts seven days a week, with a performance-based pay progression and additional local incentives.

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe to drive conditions.
•Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Be able to load/unload vehicles and perform physically demanding tasks in indoor and outdoor conditions, including occasional extreme weather exposure.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Requires frequent driving with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity; ability to perform physical movements including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
•Must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, pass a drug test, and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
