Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate and lead a team of vulnerability detection engineers and researchers to plan, coordinate, and execute vulnerability detection coverage for exposure management supported platforms
  • •Participate and lead thought leadership on prevalent vulnerabilities and risk-based vulnerability management guidance
  • •Perform vulnerability data discovery and validation to ensure data efficacy and accuracy
  • •Develop AI-enhanced vulnerability detection research and AI agent workflows for multi-step vulnerability validation with human-in-the-loop verification
  • •Lead and manage other assigned projects and collaborate cross-functionally with product management and engineering disciplines

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of overall experience as an individual contributor, with management/leadership experience considered a plus
  • •Experience in exposure management, vulnerability analysis, and vulnerability detection, including research and detection pipeline development
  • •Familiarity with the Agile process and the ability to develop, coordinate, and execute an engineering roadmap
  • •Programming/scripting experience for automation (Python/Perl, Golang) and proven use of AI technologies to improve workflows
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team, with experience in the cybersecurity industry
