Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with internal teams and external parties to coordinate payment requirements and statuses for television projects in development.
  • •Coordinate and process payments by reviewing, tracking, and entering invoices and other payment documentation across internal platforms.
  • •Track internal payment approvals and follow up with appropriate parties to ensure timely completion.
  • •Provide administrative support to the VP, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and logistics.
  • •Draft, proofread, format, and distribute departmental communications, and maintain departmental records and databases.
