Job Summary

Lead violations processing operations for a client project, organizing and overseeing pre-collections, collections, fulfillment, and mailroom activities. Set and improve standard operating procedures with internal controls, direct and evaluate team performance against KPI goals, and coordinate reporting reconciliation. Partner with clients, subcontractors, and third-party service providers to ensure contract compliance, while working with a back-office software provider to assess, test, and implement customized operating software.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for violations/collections, fulfillment, and mailroom activities with internal controls.
•Direct, monitor, and evaluate team activities and performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.
•Interface with third-party service providers and subcontractors and ensure contract compliance.
•Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management and reporting/reconciliation responsibilities.
•Partner with a back-office software provider to assess, test, and implement components of customized operating software and identify operational improvements.

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years’ experience in customer service.
•3 years of management experience in high-volume transaction operations.
•Demonstrated team productivity focused on customer satisfaction and dispute resolution.
•Strong technical research and analytical skills.
•Proficiency with PC computers and ability to use spreadsheet and word processing tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) and Access; ability to learn new software products.
