Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as First Line Manager for station employees: lead selection, performance management, development, and employee recognition.
  • •Provide operational leadership (60%): direct production activities, monitor A/C progress, ensure work/package completion, and coordinate station activities across FAL and other stakeholders.
  • •Act as deputy for the Business Unit Leader in their absence and lead during crises when required, including escalation support on 2nd/off shifts.
  • •Drive continuous improvement (20%) through AOS improvement activities, Performance Management Center routines (e.g., PPCB, SQCDP, Daily Quality Gate), and updates to documentation artifacts.
  • •Support training and workforce development (20%): mentor Operational Leader I and Lead Technicians, provide development plans, and contribute to training needs.
