Key Responsibilities

•Serve as First Line Manager for station employees: lead selection, performance management, development, and employee recognition.
•Provide operational leadership (60%): direct production activities, monitor A/C progress, ensure work/package completion, and coordinate station activities across FAL and other stakeholders.
•Act as deputy for the Business Unit Leader in their absence and lead during crises when required, including escalation support on 2nd/off shifts.
•Drive continuous improvement (20%) through AOS improvement activities, Performance Management Center routines (e.g., PPCB, SQCDP, Daily Quality Gate), and updates to documentation artifacts.
•Support training and workforce development (20%): mentor Operational Leader I and Lead Technicians, provide development plans, and contribute to training needs.
