•Domain Ownership: Take full accountability for the services you build under our "You build it, you own it" philosophy—embracing everything from initial system design to deployment and production health.
•Technical Leadership: Lead product initiatives end-to-end, working closely with Product and Operations stakeholders to translate complex financial business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
•Mentor & Coach: Guide and mentor less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of high engineering standards, thorough code reviews, and continuous learning.
•Collaborate Globally: Partner with engineering leaders and distributed teams across different regions to design robust, modular services and components.
