Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support defensive patent litigation matters in U.S. federal courts, the ITC, and, where applicable, foreign jurisdictions.
  • •Work with outside counsel on litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, expert development, and trial preparation.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather facts, assess risk, and support responses to legal actions.
  • •Lead preparation and review of infringement and invalidity claim charts with technical teams.
  • •Lead team analysis and responses to patent assertion letters, NPE demands, and indemnity requests, and participate in settlement negotiations when appropriate.

Salary: USD 189,700 - 325,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •JD degree and admission to practice law in a U.S. state.
  • •Manage and support defensive patent litigation matters in U.S. federal courts, the ITC, and, where applicable, foreign jurisdictions.
  • •Experience in semiconductor patent litigation, including managing or supporting cases in venues such as W.D. Tex., E.D. Tex., N.D. Cal., and the ITC.
  • •Lead preparation and review of infringement and invalidity claim charts in collaboration with technical teams.
  • •Ability to develop and lead a high-performing team in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
