Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests in a friendly demeanor, cultivate regular guests, and suggestively sell beverages and menu items.
  • •Prepare beverages and deliver food and beverage orders promptly according to standard recipes and venue specifications.
  • •Record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log and maintain sanitation and LN safety standards.
  • •Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinances and LN policies, including ID checks and refusing service to overly intoxicated guests.
  • •Complete opening/running/closing duties, handle POS guest checks and payments, perform bartender bank and cash pull/check out procedures, and maintain comp/spill checks.

Key Requirements
