Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors and ensure a safe, smooth handoff using Carvana’s custom car haulers. Perform loading and unloading, inspect the hauler and vehicles for safe-to-drive conditions, and complete customer paperwork with detailed notes in the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record in line with CMV Driver Qualification policies while working rotating days and set shift hours.
