Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver water sports activities and instruction safely and engagingly.
  • •Provide clear briefings/demonstrations and supervise guests during all water-based activities.
  • •Support pre-opening setup and operational readiness of facilities, equipment, and activity areas.
  • •Run water sports sessions (e.g., kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, wake activities) and ensure proper equipment fitting and safety briefings.
  • •Enforce health, safety, environment, and quality standards, including compliance with SOPs and reporting incidents, equipment issues, and guest concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Certification in water sports instruction or lifeguarding (e.g., ISA, RYA, ISA Watersports or equivalent).
  • •Previous experience in water sports instruction, marine tourism, or resort operations.
  • •Strong understanding of water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management.
  • •Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • •Experience in hospitality or guest-facing environments (preferred).
