Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, driving sales with cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, while completing daily operations like cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
