Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full technical deployment lifecycle: scope confirmation, environment readiness, configuration, integration, cutover, go-live, stabilisation, and handover to CS.
  • •Build the implementation methodology with stage gates, readiness criteria, templates, risk controls, and executive reporting.
  • •Run central portfolio governance for enterprise deployments above threshold, including staffing, sequencing, capacity planning, and trade-offs.
  • •Build and lead the team across regions (implementation managers and engineering capacity), and recruit, develop, and performance-manage it.
  • •Define technical readiness and interface processes with Product and Engineering, and set key metrics for onboarding, go-live, clinician activation, and implementation variance.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building or leading enterprise implementation in healthcare software, including EHR-integrated products or clinical workflow platforms.
  • •Experience running multi-site deployments with clinicians, IT, security, procurement, legal, and executive sponsors.
  • •Managed implementation leaders and technical implementation resources, not only delivered projects yourself.
  • •Fluency with enterprise health IT, including SSO/identity management and EHR integration patterns, governance, and sign-off processes.
  • •Executive credibility with CIOs, CMIOs, and health system operational leaders, with strong judgment on scope boundaries between deployment, configuration, and product issues.
