Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement Red Hat OpenShift AI platform architecture.
  • •Deploy and manage AI workloads on Red Hat OpenShift container platforms.
  • •Design and implement enterprise agentic AI solutions (multi-agent frameworks, orchestration, planning, memory, tool integration, governance).
  • •Lead discovery, analysis, and design workshops that influence customer architecture decisions and deliver successful solutions.
  • •Support pre-sales (workshops, proofs of concept, scoping, solution demos, and architectural reviews) and mentor junior consultants and customer engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in consulting, solution architecture, or technical advisory roles.
  • •Strong MLOps expertise across model training/fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • •Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face (or similar).
  • •Proven experience designing and operationalizing enterprise generative AI (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, knowledge graphs).
  • •Experience delivering enterprise Agentic AI solutions using multi-agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, planning, memory, tool integration, and AI agent governance.
