Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the engineering and construction domains, including AI/agentic tooling and plan-vs-actual intelligence.
  • •Translate capital project engineering and construction workflows into software requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
  • •Embed with engineering and field teams to understand how design and construction work happens, identify edge cases, and separate real requirements from preferences.
  • •Build and test prototypes to validate value, establish adoption through structured discovery and engagement (workflow reviews, sprint reviews, UAT, adoption check-ins).
  • •Define and track success metrics across turnaround time, reality-capture adoption, plan-vs-actual accuracy, cycle time, and downstream outcomes (schedule, cost, safety).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in capital project engineering (process/mechanical/EPC design) and/or construction or field execution (superintendent, construction management, project controls).
  • •Strong understanding of the capital project lifecycle, including design basis, engineering deliverables, procurement handoff, construction execution, and commissioning.
  • •Ability to go deep on engineering and construction workflows and earn credibility with domain experts by understanding how work happens.
  • •Strong product judgment, including ruthless prioritization and focus on highest-leverage work.
  • •Ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear requirements and decisions, and lead cross-functional work through ambiguity and competing priorities.
