Key Responsibilities

•Integrate AI solutions with APIs, logs, and ITSM systems (including ServiceNow and Jira).
•Build connectors and integrations using technologies such as MCP, webhooks, and streaming.
•Design and execute processes to normalize operational data.
•Ensure real-time data flow between systems in production environments.
•Diagnose and resolve integration problems in production; collaborate with architecture, development, and operations teams.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
