Job Summary

Drive measurable organic growth by owning a content-led AEO/SEO strategy across traditional search and AI/LLM discovery platforms. Partner with creative, product marketing, web, PR, and brand teams to identify content gaps, set investment priorities, and execute owned/earned channel plans. Build a full-funnel off-page and technical execution approach (site architecture, crawlability, structured data), manage an agency relationship, and report organic SEO/AEO performance to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a content-led AEO/SEO strategy, defining prompts, topics, formats, and ecosystems to drive growth in traffic, visibility, and pipeline.
•Identify and prioritize high-impact content opportunities across product areas and influence cross-functional teams to execute.
•Optimize presence across the LLM-ingested content ecosystem (including YouTube, Reddit, and review sites) to improve AI-driven discoverability.
•Design and execute off-page strategy (link acquisition, digital PR, authority-building) and own technical execution including site architecture, crawlability, structured data, and performance.
•Build content workflows using AI tools, lead agency relationships, and track/report SEO and AEO performance for leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,772.5 - 203,465.5 annually

•Experience creating technical content across multiple platforms and channels (e.g., YouTube, social, review sites).
•Strong technical AEO/SEO fundamentals including crawlability and indexation (for AI crawlers), structured data/schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and content formatting.
•Analytical mindset with comfort pulling reports, diagnosing performance shifts, and quantifying opportunities.
