Support the daily receipt, inspection, accountability, storage, and processing of U.S. Army equipment at a contractor-operated site. Verify and process turn-in documentation, assign condition codes, segregate unserviceable items, and maintain accurate property records in Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP. Safely store and handle equipment, coordinate with unit supply personnel and QA/transportation teams, and support audits and inspections while following Army and OSHA standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Process equipment and materiel turn-ins from U.S. Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
•Verify turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness and apply correct condition codes (A–H).
•Ensure timely and accurate entries into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) and support inventory reconciliation and property adjustments.
•Safely store, stage, and organize equipment, including operating forklifts/pallet jacks and following Army and OSHA safety and HAZMAT requirements.
•Provide assistance to unit supply personnel, coordinate with supervisors/QA/transportation, and support audits, Property Accountability Reviews (PARs), and inspections.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).
•2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience (Army or contractor environment preferred).
•Knowledge of Army logistical functions and supply/property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
•Familiarity with Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
