Key Responsibilities

  • •Build Azure landing zones with Terraform, including management groups, subscriptions, policy assignments, networking, identity, and core platform services.
  • •Develop and maintain reusable, parameterized Terraform modules and clean interfaces for consistent deployment across environments and regions.
  • •Provision and configure Azure services as code (e.g., networking, Key Vault, storage, Log Analytics, compute, backup, private endpoints, policy assignments).
  • •Design and manage Terraform state at scale using remote backends, state segmentation, locking, and provider configuration.
  • •Support infrastructure delivery through CI/CD pipeline integration, validation/security scanning, and troubleshooting deployment failures and drift.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years in cloud infrastructure/platform engineering or infrastructure automation with substantial recent Microsoft Azure experience.
  • •Strong hands-on Terraform (HCL) for building and testing reusable modules (variables, locals, dynamic blocks, outputs, and clean interfaces).
  • •Experience building Azure landing zone components with Terraform aligned to Cloud Adoption Framework patterns.
  • •Hands-on Azure services experience including networking, Key Vault, storage, Log Analytics, compute, policy assignments, and identity.
  • •Experience with Terraform state management at scale and validation/security scanning tools (terraform plan/validate, tflint, Checkov or tfsec) plus Git discipline (PRs/code review).
