Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end features and developer experience for Claude and related products across the stack, including enterprise deployments, APIs, and mission-driven applications.
•Collaborate with managers, product leaders, designers, and researchers to understand model capabilities and translate them into user-focused experiences.
•Define and uphold engineering standards, architectures, and development best practices while scaling systems for millions of users.
•Work with cross-functional teams to reduce deployment blockers and improve security, compliance, and analytics infrastructure.
•Drive growth in adoption and usage through data-driven implementations and robust developer tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 405,000 - 485,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8-10+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years operating at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
•Led the design and delivery of complex, consumer or B2B user-facing products across the full stack
•Technical expert in modern frontend and backend development, with demonstrated depth in key languages and frameworks (e.g. React, Typescript)
•Product-focused approach to building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use
•Experience in fast-moving environments and mentorship of peers
