Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and maintain fab equipment alongside technicians and engineers using root-cause analysis, standardization, and 6S.
  • •Perform tool qualifications, lot dispositions, and interlock troubleshooting to sustain factory operations.
  • •Conduct trend monitoring and work with Layer Owners to implement corrective actions.
  • •Draft and revise SOPs to continuously improve quality and safety expectations.
  • •Recover CVD equipment from PM or down events, including wafer recoveries and tool qualifications, and document interruptions for correct material measurement and disposition.

Key Requirements

  • •Two-year technical degree, equivalent military experience, and/or 3+ years of direct applicable CVD semiconductor experience in high-volume manufacturing.
  • •300mm CVD experience (highly desired).
  • •Familiarity with Lam, AMAT, WONIK, TEL and/or platforms (preferred).
  • •Experience with SPC methods and implementation (preferred).
  • •Detail- and task-oriented with strong teamwork, customer service mindset, and flexibility.
