Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and continuously develop systems engineering tools and practices supporting product development and architecture governance
  • •Lead requirements management by decomposing stakeholder needs into functional system requirements with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs
  • •Own systems interface management and critical interface documentation with module owners and the CAD Design Team
  • •Establish and evolve definitions of systems engineering tools to support portfolio architecture governance and lead aspects of the Requirements and Test Case Management workstream
  • •Support systems engineering practices (V-model, system diagrams, FMEAs), manage architecture governance with unitary architects, and occasionally lead new technology projects

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering and at least 7 years of product development experience in the HVAC or similar industry
  • •Master’s Degree in Engineering is a plus
  • •Master’s Degree or certificate in Systems Engineering is a plus
  • •INCOSE ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP certification is a plus
  • •Knowledge and experience with systems engineering tools, requirements, and interface management, with strong communication and organizational skills
