Job Summary

Maintain and update system reports and records for customer airlines, including flight schedules (summer/winter and Ramadan) and sales order items. Summarize and communicate changes across catering orders, meal policies, F&B manuals, and related GLP policies. Extract and analyze data (including Excel-based reporting and charts), develop reporting tools, and coordinate with UCAS and CRM teams to test, support, and improve systems used by sales and customer services.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain system reports and records for customer airlines operational details, including flight schedules and sales order items.
•Summarize changes to catering orders, meal policies, F&B manuals, and GLP policies, and update catering units through customer services.
•Extract data to Excel and create graphs/statistical reports, analyzing data and converting it into useful insights.
•Oversee UCAS usage across catering units, verify assembly checklists, and support testing and implementation from development to rollout.
•Coordinate with UCAS teams to modify/enhance the UCAS app and analyze airline customer data to identify errors, insights, and trends.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (Business Administration).
•Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
•Understanding of sales performance metrics and sales account targets.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to deliver projects and respond to inquiries on time with a problem-solving attitude.
