Director, Financial Reporting

Lead the external financial reporting function, overseeing preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A to ensure U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance. Manage data collection across the company, support new accounting standards, ensure SOX/internal control adherence, and mentor staff while driving process improvements in a hybrid, multi-location setting.
