Key Responsibilities

  • •Build backend product capabilities for Stytch’s identity platform on Twilio, shipping new API surfaces and core authentication flows (including agentic and non-human identity use cases).
  • •Partner with product and engineering leadership to turn customer needs into product capabilities and deliver roadmap features.
  • •Collaborate across Twilio and Stytch teams to align on architecture and integrate platform capabilities.
  • •Drive deep technical ownership by authoring design docs, making technical decisions, reviewing code, and improving developer experiences.
  • •Improve production quality and resilience through observability, incident response, and remediation, and mentor other engineers.
