Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain mission-enabling applications and automated workflows on the ServiceNow platform for the U.S. Coast Guard. You’ll build with App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder, translate operational requirements into scoped modules, and execute the SDLC using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps approaches. You’ll troubleshoot integrations (including MID Server), deliver releases on schedule, support lifecycle migrations, and ensure cybersecurity and documentation compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder with minimal manual coding.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and build scalable, functional scoped ServiceNow applications and modules.
•Execute the full SDLC using methodologies including Scrum, Agile, DevSecOps, Lean, and Waterfall to deliver releases on schedule.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platform integration, MID Server configuration, deployment, and functional defects.
•Maintain cybersecurity compliance and produce technical documentation, including Software Product Documentation and Update Set logs, while supporting migration and modernization of workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

•Demonstrated experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
•Execute the SDLC in a mission-critical environment using Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps frameworks.
•Experience securing ServiceNow applications in accordance with USCG, DoD, DHS, or federal cybersecurity policies.
•Proficiency with systems integration connecting ServiceNow to external data sources, APIs, and enterprise infrastructure.
•Strong communication skills to translate requirements between stakeholders and engineering teams.
