Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily facilities operations at HQ to keep workspaces, common areas, and building systems clean, functional, and safe.
  • •Provide oversight for additional Southern California locations and manage on-site Facilities Coordinators while maintaining primary ownership of HQ operations.
  • •Serve as direct people manager for all Facilities staff and deliver day-to-day leadership, scheduling oversight, coaching, and performance accountability.
  • •Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, security, landscaping, roofing) and troubleshoot/resolution of minor issues.
  • •Manage facilities billing, invoicing, expense reconciliation, budget tracking (OPEX/CAPEX support), vendor management, and building permits/compliance documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •4+ years of experience in facilities management or workplace operations.
  • •2+ years of people management experience leading and developing teams and managing day-to-day operations.
  • •Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
