Insomniac - Facilities Manager

Own daily facilities operations at HQ and provide oversight for additional Southern California locations. Lead and manage Facilities staff, ensuring safe, functional, well-maintained spaces and building readiness for meetings and events. Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance across key building systems, manage vendors and permits, and maintain facilities budgets and operating expense tracking using Excel. Partner with HR, Finance, Security, and Enterprise IT to keep the workplace running smoothly.
