Job Summary

Manage all aspects of store operations for tool rentals and merchandise sales, including inventory planning, cash handling, shipping/receiving, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute actions to meet store rental revenue, sales, and profitability goals.
•Develop and use store financial understanding to drive store performance; oversee store opening/closing.
•Maintain proper inventory levels and merchandising; coordinate shipping/receiving and tool/merchandise inventory management.
•Ensure accurate cash handling, balancing receipts, bank deposits, and loss prevention; process sales/rentals via computer.
•Supervise Assistant Store Managers, Store Associates, and delivery drivers (if assigned), providing training and support; deliver excellent customer service and drive repeat rentals/sales.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) and four plus years of related experience.
•Must be at least 18 years of age; reliable transportation is required.
•Supervisory experience is required, including training employees and planning/assigning/directing work.
•Strong operations, sales, and customer service focus with financial acumen, inventory control experience, and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with a POS system is helpful. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
