Key Responsibilities

  • •Build AI/HPC infrastructure for new and existing customers.
  • •Support operational and reliability aspects of large-scale AI clusters with performance monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • •Engage across the service lifecycle: inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
  • •Maintain live services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
  • •Troubleshoot networking issues and feed back to internal teams with bug reports, workarounds, and improvement suggestions.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • •At least 5+ years of professional experience in networking fundamentals with Ethernet or InfiniBand.
  • •Hands-on experience with network switch/router platforms such as Cumulus Linux, SONiC, IOS, JunosOS, and EOS.
  • •Solid knowledge of Ethernet/InfiniBand/RDMA core principles, including end-to-end InfiniBand/Ethernet cluster deployment, adapter configuration, and firmware maintenance.
  • •Proficiency diagnosing and troubleshooting InfiniBand/Ethernet network anomalies and performing performance benchmarking with RDMA testing tools.
