Job Summary

Support the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving KPIs and profitability while maintaining Puma’s customer experience standards. Key Responsibilities

•Achieve Sales Goals: Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
•Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service in line with Puma's values.
•Team Management: Recruit, train, develop, and manage high-performing team; conduct performance conversations and provide feedback.
•Salesfloor Engagement: Spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching employees.
•Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, process POS transactions, manage inventory, schedule and loss prevention.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial or senior retail staff role.
•Ability to achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
•Analytical and performance management skills including interpreting controllable KPI's (CR, UPT, ATV).
•Strong customer service mindset aligned with brand values.
•Leadership and team management including recruiting, training, development and performance feedback.
