Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a coherent product architecture by consolidating eight years of features into fewer concepts with clearer user paths that ship faster.
  • •Own the core product loops (signup, activation, map, incident experience, live video, alerts) and retention/weekly active use outcomes.
  • •Own the subscription business roadmap, including pricing/packaging, trials, upgrade path, checkout decisions, and monetization drivers.
  • •Own enterprise, API, and partner product execution: what ships, how customers go from signed to onboarded, and enterprise integration/product velocity.
  • •Run end-to-end experimentation and forecasting inputs: hypothesis/guardrails, experiment design and analysis, forecast updates, launch notes, and metrics reporting using agent-led production with human decision points.

  • •Think in whole systems; have experience making a sprawling product coherent by cutting and simplifying.

  • •Build with AI using agents to replace parts of your workflow; have opinions on what tools can and cannot do.
