Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the manufacturing engineering owner for assigned production processes, including welding, helium leak testing, vacuum oil filling, and ultrasonic oil-level measurement
•Provide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process, equipment, quality, throughput, and yield issues
•Retrieve data from databases and perform comprehensive analysis to identify trends within processes to support issue resolution and/or continuous improvement opportunities
•Lead complex projects from idea to implementation, utilizing cross-functional team members to ensure all organizational deliverables are achieved
•Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enable integration of enhanced production capabilities
