Support financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results. Key Responsibilities

•Perform data extraction and diagnose financial drivers, leveraging analytics to make recommendations to key stakeholders.
•Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units to address business issues and support key initiatives.
•Provide inputs for monthly review of expenses and capital within budgeting and forecasting, analyzing variances with operational analytics.
•Interpret financial reports including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents.
•Support business by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends, developing financial forecasts, and ensuring reporting compliance.

Key Requirements

•Four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
•0-2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
•Ability to perform data extraction, analyze financial drivers, and use analytics to support recommendations.
•Experience interpreting financial reports including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents.
•Ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies while maintaining integrity of internal and external reporting.
