Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and support UPS, access control, public address, passive network, solar monitoring, VFDs, and PQMS facilities ELV systems.
  • •Develop AI-enabled predictive maintenance solutions to detect abnormal behavior and predict failures across critical facility assets before operational impact.
  • •Build dashboards and visualization platforms using FMCS, BMS, PQMS, solar monitoring, and facility databases to enable data-driven decisions.
  • •Apply machine learning and advanced analytics to optimize preventive maintenance intervals, spare parts inventory, asset lifecycle planning, and contractor productivity.
  • •Develop digital twin models, drive smart facility initiatives (alarming, fault detection, predictive diagnostics, autonomous monitoring), and coordinate secure AI/cloud implementations with IT, Automation, and Cybersecurity while ensuring EHS compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Entry-level is encouraged to apply.
  • •Knowledge/experience supporting facilities ELV systems such as UPS, Access Control, Public Address, Data Networks, Solar Monitoring, PQMS, FMCS, BMS, SCADA, or Smart Building Systems.
  • •Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving ability and experience applying methods such as 8D, FMEA, RCA, and Fishbone to resolve complex engineering issues.
