Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the local Protection & Resilience framework across Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Emergency Response, Incident Management, Protective Security, and Third-Party Risk Management.
  • •Lead the BCM lifecycle: BIA, BCPs, scenario testing/exercises, governance cycles/approvals, and continuous improvement from outcomes and incidents.
  • •Maintain and govern crisis and emergency response procedures, including crisis simulations, executive-level exercises, emergency contacts, and escalation protocols.
  • •Act as local focal point for incident identification, escalation, cross-functional coordination, global reporting, incident lifecycle tracking, and incident reporting/KPIs.
  • •Serve as designated OHS Officer: hazard/risk assessments, control actions, OHS training plan, OHS committee leadership as secretary, documentation updates, investigations, and first-response coordination on incidents.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Risk Management, Internal Control, Operations, Security, Business Operations, Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • •5+ years’ experience in operational resilience, business continuity, occupational health & safety, or a closely related discipline.
  • •OHS certification obtained through a local Romanian provider (mandatory); additional IOSH or NEBOSH IGC/Diploma strongly preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of operational resilience and workplace safety practices (BCM, crisis management, emergency response) and experience implementing OHS management systems and compliance.
  • •Proficiency in English (required) and Romanian proficiency for local OHS compliance and authority submissions.
